Quite annoyed that I waited for RTM and Media Center pack to be released, paid for the upgrade and installed it fresh on a formatted partition now I have really poor streaming to my Xbox. The network is fine - tested and maxed out on Media Center test graph on Xbox. So does seem to be Windows 8 Media Center specific and only affects streaming to Extender. I have tried streaming M2TS with 6 channel audio and that also has same video quality and 2 channel audio Have tried additional codecs with no luck however videos I am streaming are WMV (VC1) and so don't need additional codecs. The Windows 8 PC itself with Media Center and video is good quality.
